ZS588 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing the ZS588 website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on ZS588. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the login page rather than opening a new account. If you suspect that someone else has opened an account using your details, contact support immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and communications sent. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. ZS588 will never ask for your password through any channel.

• Do not share your account login with family members, friends or any third party.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ZS588 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the account holder.

All transactions on ZS588 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

The following general bonus rules apply across all ZS588 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the odds shown on your bet slip at the point of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's settlement rules published in the sports betting section.
• ZS588 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrectly priced markets or markets opened due to a technical fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed within each betting market. ZS588 may impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• Live betting odds fluctuate rapidly. ZS588 is not responsible for any technical delays between the live event and the display of live odds on the platform.
• All cricket betting including PSL and T20 matches is governed by the specific cricket betting rules available in the sports section of the platform.

ZS588 uses independent odds compilers and live data feeds. Manifest errors in pricing will result in bet voidance. A manifest error is defined as a price that is obviously incorrect given the context of the market.

The ZS588 casino section includes slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), game shows and other titles sourced from verified game providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are fair and unpredictable.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel. RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the responsible gaming programme.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any applicable fees. Bonus balances will not be returned on account closure regardless of reason.
